IS THIS
YOUR ONE?
It suits
Almost everyone: beginners, athletes and older adults. It uses bodyweight and modifies easily for any fitness level.
Worth knowing
Not ideal if you need external joint support, heavy resistance assistance, or guided rehabilitation that needs specialist equipment.
✳An ember is a flame settling down. This is the settling down of your joints and your mind.
NEVER DONE
A CLASS?

Your first session is free: book it at the desk, by email or by message on social media. After that, every class is booked through the TriFit HQ app.
