The terms

- Contract length
- Twelve months on the monthly Gym Only and Gym & Classes memberships, and on the annual ones. None on the no-contract membership or Junior All Access.
- Notice period
- One month's written notice, by email to memberships@trifithq.co.uk or by letter. Not by social media.
- Joining fee
- None on the 12-month Gym & Classes membership or on either annual membership. £35 on the no-contract membership and £20 on Junior All Access. A joining fee applies on the monthly Gym Only membership.
- How you pay
- Direct Debit through GoCardless, taken on the 1st of the month. A failed payment is retried once, and if it fails again the membership pauses until it is sorted.
- Freezing
- You can freeze a membership for a £5 fee, for a minimum of three months and a maximum of nine.
- Booking classes
- Every class needs booking, through the TriFit HQ app once you are a member. Classes are capped: 16 in Strong, Force, Burn, Blaze and X-Plode, 20 in Engine and Anarchy.

- Juniors
- Junior All Access, £35 a month, no contract, £20 joining fee.
- Corporate
- Tier 1, three to five staff: £200 + VAT a month. Tier 2, six to nine: £300 + VAT. Tier 3, unlimited: £400 + VAT. Email memberships@trifithq.co.uk to set one up.
- Sports clubs
- £10 a month per playing member, invoiced to the club. In return, TriFit HQ sponsors areas of the club.
