Membership

A Gym Only membership gives access to the gym floor during opening hours. A Gym & Classes membership gives access to the gym floor and to every class on the timetable, subject to booking and to the class caps. Junior All Access is for juniors and is held under a parental agreement. Corporate and sporting-partnership memberships are invoiced to the company or club, which is responsible for the members it adds. Prices are stated on the membership page.

Payment

Monthly memberships are paid by Direct Debit through GoCardless, collected on the 1st of each month. Annual memberships are paid in full, at the price of ten months. A failed Direct Debit is retried once; if the retry also fails, the membership is paused until payment is brought up to date. Joining fees are stated with each membership and are payable on joining.

Minimum term and notice

The monthly Gym Only and Gym & Classes memberships, and both annual memberships, run for a minimum of twelve months. The no-contract Gym & Classes membership and Junior All Access have no minimum term. To cancel any membership, give one month's written notice by email to memberships@trifithq.co.uk or by letter. Notice given by social media is not accepted.

Freezing a membership

A membership can be frozen for a fee of £5, for a minimum of three months and a maximum of nine months.

Booking and cancelling classes

Every class must be booked. Members book through the TriFit HQ app, which runs on TeamUp. Classes are capped: 16 in Strong, Force, Burn, Blaze and X-Plode; 20 in Engine and Anarchy; 30 in special event classes.
